Design Objectives: Take an under-utilized three season porch, and an outdated kitchen, make better use of the space within the existing footprint and capitalize on the spectacular creek side view.
Work Scope: Remodel an earlier porch addition, with the existing kitchen. Restructure, insulate, and fully incorporate into the home. New footprint created a modern, efficient and functional chef’s kitchen. Two peninsulas provide additional functions for a snack bar, a media center, and wine storage.
