Design Objectives:
In a limited footprint create a space for the organic artist/pure functionalist. Everything chosen for a cook’s kitchen.
Work Scope:
Create a spacious cooking station in a tight and linear plan - by stepping the range back out of the traffic pattern. Morph the countertop end into a built-in table. Select a subtle, but memorable soapstone texture for both the countertop and backsplash. Box out the Marvin bay window above sink so that outside’s green can also thrive inside.
