Work Scopes:

New wood burning hyper efficient fireplace with natural stone "dry stacked".

Open the dining area to the den and kitchen with new double French doors, great hardware, and hardwood floors to bring the three spaces together.

Create a new front entry where a "breeze way" once existed to the garage.  Rotate the front door, create an arched entry to the living room, slate flooring and oak accents throughout.
