Three Baths

Design Objectives: Update this 1918 Victorian home's baths creating new and beautifully functional baths yet keeping the design to the styles of the Victorian period.
Design Objectives: build a luxury master bath suited to the creative vision of Home Owner and Interior Designer.

Work Scope: Children's Bath: Capture the light with a new textured glass window. Added a reconditioned claw foot tub and shower, new footed pedestal sink to match the era. Powder room, complete gut and add a pocket door maximizing the tiny space. New tile, eco-friendly toilet, wall hung sink with tile backsplash. Master bath, new construction with large walk-in shower and period vanity, eco-friendly dual flush toilet.
